The Sewaren Butterfly Club We would like to welcome everyone to this website. We will constantly be updating this section, and hopefully in the near future, will be posting our monthly newsletter on this site. The butterfly Club meets the second Saturday of every month from 10-11am. Every month they learn new and interesting facts about monarchs and other butterflies through discussion and hands on activities. All ages are welcome- children and adults alike.

Craft Programs Children's crafts runs the second Saturday of every month from 11:30-12:30pm. The craft is open to all ages, but primarily geared towards 12 and under.

The adult craft has been cancelled due to lack of interest.

Toddler Reading Program This fun and exciting group meets every Friday from 10:15-11:00am.Contact Nikki at the library for sign up information. As of January the name of this program will be Preschool Reading Program as most of our children will be in the three year old age range.

If anyone is interested in starting a new Toddler Program for younger children please contact Nikki at the library- there have already been a few interested people.

Senior Bingo The fourth Wednesday of every month from 2-3pm is when this fun loving group of people meet to enjoy a few friendly rounds of bingo. This is a great time to meet new friends and enjoy some good food and fun!

Fundraiser 2000 Although the year is almost over, there is still plenty of time to turn in your donations to the Sewaren Library. If you can't seem to make it in- just drop it in the mail to 546 West Avenue; Sewaren, NJ 07077. We now have new slips available in case you would like to make a donation in someone else's name. Some we have alreadt recieved are:

In memory of someone who has passed on. Instead of spending money on flowers that don't last, a person can be forever remembered by having a book with their name in it.

A birthday present. These days it is so hard to buy for children, friends, and family. This is a gift that keeps on giving.
